Simone Schriger, MA, is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on increasing access to evidence- based mental health treatments in resource-limited settings. Simone received her masters degree in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and was awarded an F31 NRSA Fellowship from the NIH to study the effect of an intervention for medication adherence and care retention on depressive symptoms in people living with HIV. Simone's dissertation focuses on pragmatic methods to improve implementation of evidence-based practice in Philadelphia public mental health clinics through clinical supervision and novel methods of fidelity measurement.
