Per LPS Policy:
These courses are intended for LPS students.   A very few seats have been reserved for non-LPS students.  Interested non-LPS students should attempt to register for the course through Penn-in-Touch.  If seats are currently available in the course, they will be able to claim one at that time.  If no seats are available, students will be unable to register.  Though you may receive a message saying you need a permit, this is only a function of the system's identifying you as a non-LPS student. The course may also appear to be open, but this is only because it is open for LPS students.  Students who are unable to register at this time may also want to consider periodically attempting to register for the course through Penn-in-Touch, as it is possible that a seat could become available.  On the second day of classes, any unclaimed seats held for LPS students will be made available to non-LPS students.  Interested students should attempt to register for the course through Penn-in-Touch at that time.
